Terms and Conditions
1. Contract of Service By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms of Nomadfollows. We provide photography-integrated travel services in Mongolia as described in your confirmed itinerary.
2. Travel Insurance (Mandatory) All guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation. Nomadfollows is not liable for medical costs or emergency logistics.
3. Health and Fitness Mongolia’s terrain can be demanding. Guests must be in adequate physical health for the itinerary chosen. It is the guest's responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements in advance.
4. Itinerary Flexibility Adventure travel in Mongolia requires flexibility. Due to weather, road conditions, or local events, Nomadfollows reserves the right to modify the itinerary to ensure safety and the best possible experience.
5. Photography and Media During the tour, Nomadfollows may take photos or videos for promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured in our marketing materials, please inform us before the tour begins.
