Day 1: The Silver Giant & The Turtle Rock

We depart Ulaanbaatar and head east to the Genghis Khan Statue Complex, the largest equestrian statue in the world. After capturing the silver giant from unique angles, we enter Terelj National Park.

• The Experience: We will visit the famous Turtle Rock and hike up to the Aryapala Meditation Temple, perched high on a steep hill with a breathtaking view of the entire valley.

• Photography Highlight: Sunset shots from the temple balcony overlooking the granite mountains and the winding river below.

• Stay: Luxury Ger Lodge in Terelj.

Day 2: Deep Terelj – Nomads & Rivers

We leave the tourist areas behind and drive deeper into the park toward the Tuul River banks. This area is lush, green, and far more peaceful.

• The Experience: We will visit a local nomadic family to document their daily life. You’ll have the chance to ride horses through the larch forests and across shallow river crossings.

• Photography Highlight: "Lifestyle" photography—capturing the authentic interaction between nomads, their horses, and the raw landscape. In the evening, we’ll set up for Astrophotography (star shooting) in the crystal-clear night sky.

• Stay: Riverside Boutique Ger Camp.

Day 3: The Morning Mist & Return to UB

We wake up early to catch the morning mist rising from the river—a dream for landscape photographers.

• The Experience: A gentle morning trek to a hidden viewpoint. After a final traditional nomadic lunch (Buuz or Huushuur), we slowly drive back to Ulaanbaatar, stopping at unique rock formations that resemble prehistoric animals.

• Arrival: Back in the city by 17:00.
